Payment Policy

Full payment is required prior to any workshop or service.

All firing, shelf hire, and studio access will be invoiced via point of sale, text or email, and full payment is required before service commences.

Cancellation/ Transfers/ Absence

Full refunds are provided up to 48 hours before any cancellation of a workshop. We are unable to provide refunds within the 48 hours prior to the workshop due to our instructor commitments which are dependent on participation requirements.

You are able to transfer your booking to someone else but we must be advised of the change within 24 hours of the scheduled workshop time. We require the appointed person to email us confirmation of their participation at info.mccanlesspottery.gmail.com.

If one of our instructors is unable to attend the class due to any unforeseen circumstances, we will provide you a full refund within seven days of the date booked, alternatively, you also have the option to rebook another time that suits.

COVID-19

McCanless Pottery has the upmost concern in providing the highest level of health and safety for our clients. We ensure that all government regulations are adhered to in creating the safest and most secure studio environment possible.

All of our staff are fully vaccinated, and we require all clients, guests, students, contractors and children aged 12 and above to be fully vaccinated.

Masks may be required and must be worn as indicated per government regulations.

We advise you install your vaccination status on the Victorian QR check-in app to assist us in confirming your vaccination status or bring along a hard copy of your vaccination certificate or exemption.
